This is a thoughtful gift, but it would be better if more photos of the creation process could be provided, allowing for timely feedback. My cat's nose is smaller than in the artwork, but the overall reproduction is acceptable.

This is the best thing i ever bought!! My Pomeranian looks so real in the wool portrait! The fur patterns is exactly like real life! Had to wait 2.5 months but it was worth it. The frame is so nice and its a little lighter than the website made it look but i still love it. My kids keep wanting to touch it lol. Gonna order another one for my other puppy soon!

That said, they were always thorough and friendly in their responses, and the final product exceeded expectations. With a more proactive communication system, their service would be unbeatable.
